1Introduction and Acceptance

3Account Registration and Security

To access 622bd you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. 622bd will never ask for your password by SMS, phone call, or social media message.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and keep it up to date. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of a national ID, passport, or driver's licence, and confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated time frame may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests.
• You may hold only one account on 622bd. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be merged or closed at 622bd's sole discretion, and any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

622bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. 622bd does not charge a fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 622bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit transaction is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider, 622bd reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to recover the reversed amount from your balance.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 622bd does not process cash transactions. All payments must be made electronically through the approved payment methods listed on the cashier page.

5Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your wallet. By default, real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds become available for wagering only after real-money funds in the wallet have reached zero.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus winnings that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap specified in the individual promotion terms will be voided at the time of withdrawal.

6Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 622bd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 622bd platform or any content thereon, even if 622bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

622bd makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. 622bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 622bd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Amendments to These Terms

622bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 622bd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 622bd is incorporated and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through 622bd's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
